Amrit Gill Mahajan
With over two decades in education, leadership, and community service, Amrit has built high-performing, people-centric environments at institutions like St. John's High School, Chandigarh. An alumna of Welham Girls' School, Dehradun, she brings the same values of empathy, discipline, and trust to WELCOMEHEΛLTH.

Puneet Mahajan
Puneet is an Executive MBA from IIM Calcutta with over 29 years of experience building and scaling high-growth teams across telecom, media, and healthcare. A fellowship with the Punjab Government became the launchpad for WELCOMEHEΛLTH, his mission to redefine eldercare in India with purpose and scale.

Dr. Rahul Bhargava
With over 20 years of experience in haematology, haemato-oncology, and bone marrow transplantation, Dr. Rahul Bhargava has driven some of India's most impactful medical breakthroughs. As Director of Haematology at Fortis, Gurgaon, he leads innovations in AI-enabled diagnostics and precision medicine, championing ethical, patient-centric care, especially in geriatrics.
